Into the dark

To be honest some of my best works have come from dreams. Of course being an unpublished writer I know that I'm not known outside my editor and few people I've had proof my work.
This blog is dedicated to D.E.L. and I want to keep it that way, as such I post about things like I did with 'Difference between' to show a human side to my reclusive introvert writer lifestyle.
My dreams are another medium for that which I get ideas, In book one I show a darker side to the protagonist to get a reaction from the reader, that scene is from a dream in that the dream showed me the protagonist doing these aweful things and I had to watch, more like a nightmare. That is what people liked about the story, that it goes from one end of the spectrum to the other in such pace that it flowed together and ends with the reader(s) stepping back and saying 'Ok, there's something missing to this story that led up to this guy doing these awful things, where does it tell us why?'
After getting feedback from 10 or so people about that chapter I opened the gate a bit more to the darkness of the story. It's more than apocalypse 101, it's seeing how much is too much then maybe we open the flood gates 100%.
Dreams are the best stories...
